This class is designed to introduce the advanced components of cheerleading to younger athletes. Learn the fundamentals of routine through motions, jumps and stunting for cheerleading by performing drills that lead to skill progression. Emphasis will be placed on stretching, conditioning, skills and techniques to help accomplish the skills needed to progress to the athlete’s desired goals in cheerleading. Participants will need to bring a water bottle.
