This class is designed to introduce the basic components of tumbling and cheerleading to younger athletes. Learn the fundamentals of tumbling for cheerleading through drills and skill progression. Emphasis will be placed on correct form and conditioning drills to help accomplish the skills needed to progress to the athlete’s desired goals in cheerleading. Participants will need to bring a water bottle.
If your athlete can perform a bridge kick over, handstand, and roundoff, please register for Cheer Tumbling (Advanced).
