Elite Foundations (Red Beginner)
Elite foundations introduces gymnasts to the basics of gymnastics through fundamental shapes, positions, and simple skills on vault, bars, beam and floor exercise. Athletes develop body awareness, coordination, and confidence as they learn to move safely and correctly.
