Fit 4 Kids is a fun way for children to get fit!  We will challenge your child on many levels to complete either circuit training or obstacle courses in a fun and unique way.  Along with having fun your child will learn proper techniques for routine exercises and ways to help strengthen and improve their bodies balance and agility. Online registration is required for this class.  Participants will need to bring a water bottle to class.
