Walking
Step into wellness for 2021! Join us for a fun walk out on the trail. The Charles County Walking Club will take a weekly walk on the Middletown Road section of the Indian Head Rail Trail. Our walk leader will set walking goals for both the group and individuals. Club will meet once a week for four (4) weeks weather permitting. Under 16 years requires adult supervision. Each participant will receive a Walker Pack including a pedometer, water bottle, & drawstring bag. Pre-registration is required; no walk-in’s will be accepted. Online registration only.
