Come join us for Pilates! Pilates consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Strict social distancing guidelines will be followed by the participants and the instructor. Participants must bring yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Class meets once a week for five (5) weeks. Pre-registration is required. Online registration only.
