Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations. This is an exciting an effective fitness system. Routine aerobic/fitness interval and sculpt the body with easy-to-follow dance steps. Participants must bring towel and water bottle. Strict social distancing guidelines will be followed by the participants and the instructor. Class meets once a week for six (6) weeks. Pre-registration is required. Online registration only.
