Fit Factory at Elite! Join us on Saturday mornings and get your blood pumping with this HIIT class.  This high intensity interval training workout will help you focus on strength and conditioning of your body. Participants must bring yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Strict social distancing guidelines will be followed by the participants and the instructor. Pre-Registration Required.
