Lunchtime Fitness - Single Day Option
Feeling sluggish in the middle of your day? Join us for a fun mid-day break, our fitness instructor will guide you through an upbeat full body workout. All fitness levels welcomed. Participants must bring mat, towel, and water bottle. Strict social distancing guidelines will be followed by the participants and the instructor. Class meets once a week for six (6) weeks. Pre-registration is required. Online registration only.
