Come join us for Yoga! Yoga is a combination of breathing techniques, exercise, and meditation. Yoga helps to improve overall well-being. Strict social distancing guidelines will be followed by the participants and the instructor. Participants must bring yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. Class meets once a week for five (5) weeks. Pre-registration is required. Online registration only.
