Two Young Boys Doing Swim Laps
This recreation-based program, designed for both competitive and non-competitive swimmers, and will provide leveled instruction in a fun and safe environment.  Instructors may move swimmers to a different group after evaluating each participant at the first practice.

Dolphin Group: Must be able to swim one length (25 yds) both freestyle and backstroke. Refines freestyle and backstroke technique and introduces breaststroke, butterfly, starts, turns, and finishes.

Shark Group: Must be able to appropriately swim four lengths (100 yds) of freestyle, two length (50 yds) of backstroke and breaststroke and demonstrate butterfly. Builds all four competitive stroke techniques, starts, turns, finishes, and provides endurance training.
