Plan your 2026 summer with us! We invite you and your family to come and enjoy an afternoon of fun activities, games, food trucks, and the opportunity to speak with camp representatives from across the region. Swag bags will be given to the first 100 families.

Vendor Information

2. Rental spaces are 10' and pre-marked by staff
3. Vendors must provide own tables (2 max), chairs (and tents with weights if desired)
4. Electricity is not available
5. Food vendors are limited to 3
6. All items being sold must be washed and clean
7. Set-up may be started at 8:00 a.m. (Crafts & More Fair at 7:00 a.m.)
8. Stations must be set up no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of event
9. Vendors will not be allowed entry after the event start time
10. Limited to two people per rental space and must stay for entire event
11. Vendors are encouraged to offer cashless options for shoppers when possible
