Learn swimming techniques, endurance building drills, transition area tips, race day prep, biking and running pointers, how to set up and efficient transition area, what to pack for race day, and other helpful tips for participating in a triathlon. Participants should be comfortable in the water and able to swim one length of the pool. Participants must bring their bicycle, bicycle helmet, socks, swim suit, goggles, swim cap, two towels, tennis shoes, and a water bottle.
