Zumba
Zumba is a high-energy Latin international dance workout set to upbeat music. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required. Mini session meets once a week for four consecutive weeks. Full session meets once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks. Participants must bring towel and water bottle. 

No class September 1 and November 10 and 11.


Walk-In Fee: (Unless the class is full)
