Enjoy searching for new special treasures and unique finds at our Spring Community Yard Sale. This bargain-hunting event is held outdoors at Davis Community Center (Davis Middle School). Shoppers are admitted at 10 a.m. Free admission to shop and find those one-of-a-kind items!

*Event will move indoors if inclement weather.

Vendor Information
1. See description for details on indoor/outdoor for events.
2. Rental spaces are 10' and pre-marked by staff
3. Vendors must provide own tables (2 max), chairs (and tents if desired)
4. Electricity is not available
5. Food vendors are limited to 3
6. All items being sold must be washed and clean
7. Set-up may be started at 8:00 a.m. (Crafts & More Fair at 7:00 a.m.)
8. Stations must be set up no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of event
9. Vendors will not be allowed entry after the event start time
10. Limited to two people per rental space and must stay for entire event
11. Vendors are encouraged to offer cashless options for shoppers when possible

To offer a diverse selection of products, we will be placing a limit on the number of vendors allowed per company (LuLaRoe, Pampered Chef, Tupperware, etc.) Pre-registration is required.
