Do it with your boots on, your rebounding boots that is! Rebounding is a new fitness trend that utilizes rebounding boots to create a fun and engaging fitness experience. Burn 25% more calories than regular cardio while toning those glutes, hips, thighs, and abs. Rebounding boot have built in impact protection to reduce the joint stress and impact up to 80%. Rebounding boots are provided. Class meets once a week for 6 consecutive weeks.
