Zen Well Fitness is an inclusive, one-stop health and wellness haven dedicated to providing the essential tools necessary to promote healing of the mind, body, and soul. Through our ENLIVEN Method we seek to enhance holistic well-being and self-care management through physical and creative movement, mindfulness, and clinical education. All classes are held at Elite Gymnastics Recreation Center. Classes meets once a week for six weeks.

Stretching & Toning
