New to volleyball or wanting to advance your beginning or intermediate skills? This instructional youth volleyball program is offered to all skill levels of players from beginner to advanced. Experienced co-directors Nila Toribio-Straka and Ron Swann, in addition to other experienced coaches of the Southern Maryland Volleyball Club bring their wealth of knowledge of the game to your athlete. Players will be introduced to various aspects of volleyball with emphasis on executing the proper technique of passing, serving, and hitting. As players advance in their skill development, drills will incorporate game-like situations to introduce players to the fundamental aspects of the game of volleyball. Open to boys and girls. No class April 14, 16, and 21.
