Adult Man Doing Laps In The Pool
This recreation-based program, designed for both competitive and non-competitive swimmers, will provide leveled instruction in a fun and safe environment. Instructors may move swimmers to a different group after evaluating each participant at the first practice. 

**Please note this is not a swim lesson, it is a swim team program.

Dolphin Group: Must be able to swim on length (25yds) both freestyle and backstroke. Refines freestyle and backstroke technique and introduces breaststroke, butterfly, starts, turns, and finishes.

Shark Group: Must be able to appropriately swim four lengths (100 yds) of free-style, two length (50 yds) of backstroke and breaststroke and demonstrate butterfly. Builds all four competitive stroke techniques, starts, turns, finishes, and provides endurance training.
