Water Aerobics - North Point
Classes are low impact with emphasis on stretching, cardiovascular, and resistance exercises. Participants should be comfortable in the water. Classes are subject to change without notice depending on instructor/pool availability. Limited number (5) of walk-in spaces available each class.
