Vendor Application and Agreement
Completion of this form does not guarantee your place in the 2025 HOOKED! on the Potomac Festival. We will reach out to you if you have been selected to participate with more information proceeding the event. A maximum of 7 food trucks will be accepted for this event and applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received.

Set-up and Check-in: Saturday 06/28 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Vendors must check in with the Event Coordinator on site before beginning set-up
Event Time: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Tear down : Sunday 06/29 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Vendor Fees (You will be charged once your application is approved):
Food Vendor Fee: $150 - due upon application approval
Non-Food Vendor Fee: $100 - due upon application approval
Non-Profit Fee: waived (must provide proof of not-for-profit status)
Vendor application and agreements are due to WilliamRA@CharlesCountyMD.gov by May 23, 2025.
