SMASR Adapted Sport and Recreation and Charles County Therapeutic Recreation are partnering to bring adaptive sports to our disability community! For the late fall session, Fit For All will be the highlighted sport. This adapted fitness class is designed to improve strength, endurance, and functional movement for daily and vocational tasks.
