Interested in running cross country or track in high school? Want to boost your speed, endurance, and confidence? Join the NPHS Youth Running Camp! Designed primarily for middle school students preparing for high school running, this camp also welcomes elementary-aged athletes eager to learn and have fun.
Camp activities include:
• Dynamic warm-ups and proper running form
• Pacing strategies, endurance runs, and interval workouts
• Strength and mobility exercises for runners
• Relay races, team challenges, and running-based games
Led by North Point High School coaches and supported by current NPHS cross country and track athletes, the camp provides a safe, positive, and motivating environment for runners of all experience levels.
