Players of all skill levels are welcome at this instruction-based field hockey camp, designed to support both beginners and more experienced athletes. New players will be introduced to fundamental skills in a positive, encouraging environment, while returning and advanced players will be challenged to refine technique, improve decision-making, and elevate their overall game. Campers will learn and develop skills through age- and level-appropriate tactical instruction, then apply those skills in small-sided game situations. Participants will be divided into groups based on age and skill level to ensure a safe, engaging, and rewarding experience for everyone. Sticks and balls will be provided. All campers must bring tennis shoes, cleats, mouthguards, and shin guards, along with plenty of water in a closed-lid water bottle each day. Mouthguards and shin guards are mandatory. Coaches: Amanda Micheal, La Plata High School Field Hockey Coach and Nicole Schroyer, Washington College
