Beam Queen Clinic: Intermediate and Advanced Beam skils
Gymnasts will advance their skills to include handstand dismounts , as well as other dismounts such as round off, front and handspring . They will also learn various mounts and skills, such as cartwheels, handstands, bridge kick overs and entry to back walkovers.
