Locked in for Vault clinic: Intermediate and Advanced skills
Gymnasts will learn a more effective run to generate speed, power (and control for the vault. They will learn the correct body angles required to maintain proper handstand form when approaching the vault table, during hand placement, and upon landing. Additionally, athletes will develop proper arm positioning, blocking technique, and upper-body strength to ensure a safe and efficient entry onto the vault and a strong, controlled exit and landing.
