2026 Fall/Winter Youth Basketball League: Girls 3rd-12th Grade
Practices are scheduled to start no later than 8 p.m., Monday-Friday. Coaches will contact players regarding practice which is scheduled to begin early December. Girls 8-10, 11-14 and Co-Ed 15-18 will be countywide leagues. Evening games are possible. All teams will participate in a post season tournament.
Boys and girls in grades 3-8 must attend at least one preseason evaluation held October 6-17, where coaches and staff will assess players and form teams. High School Prep League tryout participants do not need to attend. Evaluation dates are available at: www.CharlesCountyParks.com/Recreation/Sports.
Those interested in trying out for the High School Prep Winter League must register for the Youth Basketball League to attend High School Prep Tryouts (see description for additional information).
Register for the community center location closest to where you live. Practices are not guaranteed to be held at the community center selected. Practices will be held at the center or school within proximity to the center selected.
