Culture For The Kids: Immersive Black History Event
Explore Black history through an immersive pop-up makerspace for children ages 5–11 and their caregivers, led by local designer and illustrator Roxy Tate. Families will rotate through four hands-on creative stations inspired by Zora Neale Hurston, Harriet Tubman, George Washington Carver, and Frederick Douglass, featuring interactive environments, art activities, and photo opportunities. Parents and caregivers participate alongside their children, and each child will leave with take-home art projects and educational prompts to continue exploring Black history beyond the event.

Each registration is for one (1) child
*Families registering multiple children should register each child separately.
