Rec Xpress Fall Festival (Vendor Registration) - Rec Xpress Fall Festival - Licensed Food Vendor
Enjoy a fun-filed day full of FREE festive activities! Our Rec Xpress Fall Festival will feature community vendors, face painting, various games, and activities, DJ, food trucks, costume contest, safe trick or treating, and more.The Fall Festival will be a family friendly event with games, crafts, and vendors. Things to know:
Each vendor will get a 10x10 space in a grass area at Bensville Park.
Each vendor is expected to provide their own tent, tables, and chairs.
All vendors are expected to provide candy or other giveaways as kids will be trick or treating at each table. This will help to ensure all participants visit each vendor.
The event is from 1-4pm, set up can begin no earlier than 11am on October 26th and must be completed by 12:45pm.
We are hoping to serve between 1800+ participants again at this year's event.
Costumes are encouraged but not mandatory.
