6:30 PM - 7:45 PM    Adult Basketball League - ROSTER REGISTRATION - Winter 2026 - Men's - A: LegaC (West) @ County Kings (East)
Games are played each Sunday at one of the various county schools. Players must not be eligible to participate at the high school level. 50+ League may have up to two player's age 45+.
 
7:45 PM - 8:00 PM    Adult Basketball League - ROSTER REGISTRATION - Winter 2026 - Men's - A: Southern Maryland Heat (West) @ Impact (East)

Taught by Master Lynnette Love, a 1988 Olympic Gold Medalist and 8th Dan Grandmaster, who has been teaching since 1984. Students will learn basic kicking, punching and self-defense skills through repetition and will promote through various belts to the ultimate goal of Black Belt. Sparring techniques, kicking targets, and basic forms (pattern to an invisible opponent) are some of the physical elements of Taekwondo. No class May 13-14.***Class meets twice a week. Time permitting, one (1) additional make up class maybe included due to a postponement or cancellation initiated by Charles County Recreation.Equipment fee will be collected at the first class. Testing Fees: $55 (up to Jr Red Belts), $70 (Red Belts to Jr Black Belts), $70 Uniform, and $25 T-Shirt fee (Optional).

Start your little one’s passion for building and creating right here with our Mini Makers program. You and your little builder with get hand on experience working with common construction tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, nuts and bolts, clamps, and much more as they work to complete new and exciting projects. Each class participants get to build a new project and uncover different tools. *Adult participation required for participants ages 4-5.
