Our dependable staff will encourage participants to be creative and innovative thinkers. Participants may be eligible for discounts at select Charles County Recreation events and programs with ongoing Beyond the Bell participation. The Beyond the Bell Program does not meet on days the school is closed, and when the school closes early due to inclement weather. All participants must arrange alternative transportation for inclement weather closures. Zumba - Zumba - with Celeste
Zumba is a high-energy Latin international dance workout set to upbeat music. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required. Participants must bring towel and water bottle. Mini session meets once a week for four consecutive weeks. Full session meets once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks. Fall/Winter: No class - October 12, November 28, and December 5.Walk-In Fee: (Unless the class is full)-with Tammy $12/visit -with Celeste $8/visit

Join a group of similar skilled players each week to compete in organized matches. Players will alternate teammates while playing 3 games per night. As you play games, you move up or down the ladder to play with and against similar skilled players. Each region will start with a random draw. Season will conclude with an end of the season tournament. Awards will be given to the top three players in each region and end of season tournament winners.
