Zumba is a high-energy Latin international dance workout set to upbeat music. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required. Mini session meets once a week for four consecutive weeks. Full session meets once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks. Participants must bring towel and water bottle. No class September 1 and November 10 and 11.Walk-In Fee: (Unless the class is full)-with Tammy $12/visit -with Celeste  $8/visit

Players of all levels are invited to learn from some of the very best volleyball coaches in the area. Instructed by experienced coaches from Southern Maryland Volleyball Club who love the game of volleyball, this clinic focuses on all aspects of the game with an emphasis on fundamentals. Please bring water. Athletic clothing required, t-shirt, shorts, sweatpants, tennis shoes. Walk-in fee: $40.00

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Basketball Skills Academy - Fall 2025 - Beginner - Port Tobacco
This clinic focuses on the basic fundamentals and skills of basketball. Skills and drills will be taught during half court and full court segments on both offense and defense. Each hour session will be broken down into basketball fundamentals, individual and team shooting, and half and full court pressure defense. The main focus is to teach and stress the fundamentals that are important to becoming a better basketball player. No class October 31, November 4-5, and November 11. Beginners:For players new to the sport or with less than two years of organized playing experience. Learn basic game rules and skills from experienced coaches to be better prepared. Intermediate/Advanced:For players that have played more than two years of organized basketball and are considered to be advanced. Learn advanced skills from experienced coaches. Note: Instructor will have the authority to move participants to the class that better fits their skill level. No class October 31 and November 6. Girls:Girls will learn basic game rules and skills from experienced coaches to improve their playing ability. All skill levels.

6:15 PM - 7:00 PM    Co-Ed Soccer Skills Academy - Fall 2025 - Co-Ed Soccer Skills Academy Ages 5-7
Introduce your child to the game of soccer by playing small-sided games based around fun and a structured learning atmosphere. The soccer skills academy is designed to build new skills that form a solid soccer foundation. Players will meet new friends as they progress through a series of fun skills sessions and games. Participants are encouraged to bring an age appropriate ball (size 3 & 4), water and shin guards. One adult required for the 3-5 year old class. Each six-week session meets once a week (6 classes). Pre-registration is required; no walk-in's will be accepted. Online registration only. No class October 31 and November 11.
