Zumba - Zumba
Zumba is a high-energy Latin international dance workout set to upbeat music. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required. Mini session meets once a week for four consecutive weeks. Full session meets once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks. Participants must bring towel and water bottle. Taught by William Blake - Students learn the basic principles and health benefits of any one of the three Martial Art styles of your choice listed below. Topics to be covered may include: kicks, punches, blocks, forms, tumbling, falls, breathing, history, and self-defense. At the end of the course, students will be able to test for a belt in their Martial Art style. Hapkido will involve tumbling. All adult classes at each location will be Tang Soo Do. Equipment fee of $45.00 will be collected at the first class.***Parent Participation is required for Baby Dragons and Little Dragons classes.
