Beyond the Bell - Weekly Registration 2025-2026 - Beyond the Bell - Registration
Beyond the Bell is an after school club for middle school aged teens looking for a safe environment to do homework, make new friends, enjoy various STEM projects while engaging in fun physical activity. Our dependable staff will encourage participants to be creative and innovative thinkers. Participants may be eligible for discounts at select Charles County Recreation events and programs with ongoing Beyond the Bell participation. **Please complete the Beyond the Bell Registration located under Membership prior to registering for the week(s). Click here to add it to your cart. One-time non-refundable registration fee of $25 per school year. **Payments are not charged automatically, you must register for each week or day you would like.

Martial Arts - Juniors: Ages: 7-13
Taught by William Blake - Students learn the basic principles and health benefits of any one of the three Martial Art styles of your choice listed below. Topics to be covered may include: kicks, punches, blocks, forms, tumbling, falls, breathing, history, and self-defense. At the end of the course, students will be able to test for a belt in their Martial Art style. Hapkido will involve tumbling. All adult classes at each location will be Tang Soo Do. Classes are once a week for eight weeks. Pre-registration is required; no walk-in's will be accepted. Online registration only. No class March 26 and 31, and April 2 and 4.***Parent Participation is required for Baby Dragons and Little Dragons classes. One (1) parent per one (1) registered participant is required to participate for the entire class. ***Class meets once a week per session. Time permitting, one (1) additional make up class maybe included due to a postponement or cancellation initiated by Charles County Recreation.An Additional Equipment fee of $45.00 will be collected at the first class.
