Our dependable staff will encourage participants to be creative and innovative thinkers. Challenge kids to put away their games, get up from the computer and experience fitness fun!  The instructor utilizes music during fun activities to improve cardiovascular, muscular strength, flexibility, overall stamina, speed and agility.
