Participants should bring cleats and a refillable water bottle to each session.  Each 90-minute session is designed for maximum improvement and consists of three key segments:  Individual Skill Development Players receive specialized training in their chosen positions, focusing on position-specific techniques and intensive drills. Our standard water aerobics program is designed to be a low impact, fun aquatics exercise class. Consisting of 45 minute in-water exercise moves both with and without water weights, pool noodles etc. All ages are welcome, participants should be comfortable with being in chest/waist deep water.

The Tot Olympics features fun-filled Olympic themed activities designed for our youngest athletes ages 3-6 years old. The event will take place outdoors at North Point High School. Each participant will receive a T-shirt and medal for participation in this year's games. Adult participation is required (1 adult 18+ per child). Adult participants will act as the score keeper for their child during the games. Magnify your Olympic spirit and watch as your toddler brings their Olympic dreams to life. Your child will participate in fun filled events that test their running, jumping, kicking, and throwing skills. Each participant will have their results recorded on a tracking form. Please plan on arriving early for check-in as opening ceremonies will begin at 10a.m. Each child will receive a T-shirt, award, and snack for their efforts. Adult participation is required for each athlete. Please register in advance to guarantee your child's shirt size.*Pre-registration is required as space is limited. *Event held rain or shine.
