Zumba is a high-energy Latin international dance workout set to upbeat music. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Zumba class. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required. Participants must bring towel and water bottle. Class meets once a week for six (6) weeks. No class April 1, May 14 or 27.Walk-In Fee: $8/visit

Taught by William Blake - Students learn the basic principles and health benefits of any one of the three Martial Art styles of your choice listed below.  Topics to be covered may include: kicks, punches, blocks, forms, tumbling, falls, breathing, history, and self-defense.  At the end of the course, students will be able to test for a belt in their Martial Art style.  Hapkido will involve tumbling.  All adult classes at each location will be Tang Soo Do.  Classes are once a week for eight weeks.  Pre-registration is required; no walk-in's will be accepted.  Online registration only.  Equipment fee of $30.00 will be collected at the first class. No Class***Parent Participation is required for Baby Dragons and Little Dragons classes. One (1) parent per one (1) registered participant is required to participate for the entire class.  ***Class meets once a week per session. Time permitting, one (1) additional make up class maybe included due to a postponement or cancellation initiated by Charles County Recreation.$30.00 equipment fee collected by the instructor onsite.

Taught by William Blake - Students learn the basic principles and health benefits of any one of the three Martial Art styles of your choice listed below.  Topics to be covered may include: kicks, punches, blocks, forms, tumbling, falls, breathing, history, and self-defense.  At the end of the course, students will be able to test for a belt in their Martial Art style.  Hapkido will involve tumbling.  All adult classes at each location will be Tang Soo Do.  Classes are once a week for eight weeks.  Pre-registration is required; no walk-in's will be accepted.  Online registration only.  Equipment fee of $30.00 will be collected at the first class. No Class***Parent Participation is required for Baby Dragons and Little Dragons classes. One (1) parent per one (1) registered participant is required to participate for the entire class.  ***Class meets once a week per session. Time permitting, one (1) additional make up class maybe included due to a postponement or cancellation initiated by Charles County Recreation.$30.00 equipment fee collected by the instructor onsite.
