Perfect for energetic children, this class builds confidence, coordination, and discipline in an engaging and supportive environment. Don't forget a water bottle to stay hydrated!

This class is for advanced gymnasts who have taken Blue/Bronze/Gold/Platinum. Students should have a strong handstand, back hip circle, pullover on bars, and Big Cast. You must have a handstand flat back on the vault before advancing to this level. Participants will need to bring a water bottle.

Learn basic gymnastics skills and terminology that will help build self-esteem and increase flexibility and coordination.  Only one parent per child will be permitted into the observation area while class is in session (no siblings). Participants will need to bring a water bottle.Ages: 4 & 5
 
10:00 AM - 10:45 AM    Tiny Tumblers - Tiny Tumblers
This is a parent participation class designed for small children and promotes proper brain development, motor skills, communication, and social skills while providing a fun bonding experience.  Only one parent per child is permitted in the gym (no siblings).  Participants will need to bring a water bottle.Ages: 2 & 3

Zen Well Fitness is an inclusive, one-stop health and wellness haven dedicated to providing the essential tools necessary to promote healing of the mind, body, and soul. Through our ENLIVEN Method we seek to enhance holistic wellbeing and self-care management through physical and creative movement, mindfulness, and clinical education. All classes are held at Elite Gymnastics Recreation Center. Classes meets once a week for six weeks unless otherwise noted.Walk-In Fee: $12 (Unless the Class is Full)

In this 90-minute class, your child will learn the proper technique and fundamentals of tumbling. This extended class allows more one-on-one attention, extra practice time, and a chance to build strength, flexibility and confidence. Athletes will be working on spring floors, tumble trak and trampolines in order to work the proper progressions for tumbling.  It’s perfect for young athletes who are looking to focus their energy on floor skills or cheer.

Join us for a fun-filled, one-day gymnastics summit designed just for beginners! Kids will get the chance to explore the basics on floor, bars, beam, and vault while being encouraged every step of the way. Our coaches are here to meet each child where they are, making sure they feel safe, supported, and confident as they learn. In between rotations, we’ll mix in games, teamwork challenges, and positive affirmations to keep the energy high and the smiles big. It’s the perfect way for kids to build new skills, make friends, and leave the gym feeling proud of themselves! Please pack a snack and a water. Pre-registration required.

Zen Well Fitness is an inclusive, one-stop health and wellness haven dedicated to providing the essential tools necessary to promote healing of the mind, body, and soul. Through our ENLIVEN Method we seek to enhance holistic wellbeing and self-care management through physical and creative movement, mindfulness, and clinical education. All classes are held at Elite Gymnastics Recreation Center. Classes meets once a week for six weeks unless otherwise noted.Walk-In Fee: $12 (Unless the Class is Full)

In this 90-minute class, your child will learn the proper technique and fundamentals of tumbling. This extended class allows more one-on-one attention, extra practice time, and a chance to build strength, flexibility and confidence. Athletes will be working on spring floors, tumble trak and trampolines in order to work the proper progressions for tumbling.  It’s perfect for young athletes who are looking to focus their energy on floor skills or cheer.

We will teach you how to take stencils and ordinary glasses and create two unique masterpieces. Make the glasses for yourself or they make a great holiday gift. All supplies included or bring your own glassware. No pyrex or plastic.
 
6:30 PM - 8:30 PM    Advanced Gymnastics - Advanced Gymnastics
This class is for advanced gymnasts who have taken Blue/Bronze/Gold/Platinum. Students should have a strong handstand, back hip circle, pullover on bars, and Big Cast. You must have a handstand flat back on the vault before advancing to this level. Participants will need to bring a water bottle.

Beautifully Brilliant is a monthly workshop that prepares girls to meet the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood through a coordinated, progressing series of high-quality activities and learning experiences that will help them to achieve social, emotional, and physical well-being. Girls will participate in 1:1 mentoring & enrichment activities, that will assist in them becoming more confident. They will also gain the ability to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and authentically boost their self-esteem.
