Spend the day participating in arts and crafts, fun sports competitions, organized games, gymnastics activities, and special events with guest presenters. This fun-filled camp is for boys and girls ages four to six. Campers will build social skills, strength, and flexibility through gymnastics. Each day will consist of warm-ups, gymnastics games, obstacle courses, trampoline and creating arts and crafts. Participants will also practice on each of the Olympic Gymnastics events; bars, vault, beam and floor. Campers must be potty-trained and bring a snack. Each week has a different theme.

Beautifully Brilliant is a monthly workshop that prepares girls to meet the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood through a coordinated, progressing series of high-quality activities and learning experiences that will help them to achieve social, emotional, and physical well-being. Girls will participate in 1:1 mentoring & enrichment activities, that will assist in them becoming more confident. They will also gain the ability to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and authentically boost their self-esteem.

In this clinic, your child will learn the proper technique and fundamentals of tumbling. This clinic allows more one-on-one attention, extra practice time, and a chance to build strength, flexibility and confidence. Athletes will be working on spring floors, tumble track and trampolines in order to work the proper progressions for tumbling. It’s perfect for young athletes who are looking to focus their energy on floor skills or cheer.
