In this 90-minute class, your child will learn the proper technique and fundamentals of tumbling. It’s perfect for young athletes who are looking to focus their energy on floor skills or cheer.

Gymnasts will learn a more effective run to generate speed, power (and control for the vault. They will learn the correct body angles required to maintain proper handstand form when approaching the vault table, during hand placement, and upon landing. Additionally, athletes will develop proper arm positioning, blocking technique, and upper-body strength to ensure a safe and efficient entry onto the vault and a strong, controlled exit and landing.

Our Preschool Gymnastics Camp is a fun; nurturing camp designed for boys and girls ages 3–6. Campers will build confidence, social skills, strength, and flexibility through age-appropriate gymnastics activities in a safe and loving environment. Each day includes warm-ups, gymnastics games, obstacle courses, trampoline time, arts and crafts, and guided practice on all Olympic gymnastics’ events bars, vault, beam, and floor. Camp activities are structured yet playful, focusing on listening skills, motor development, creativity, and positive behavior while keeping fun and safety at the center of everything we do. Pre-School Gymnastics Camp - Sessions 1-4
Our Preschool Gymnastics Camp is a fun; nurturing camp designed for boys and girls ages 3–6. Campers will build confidence, social skills, strength, and flexibility through age-appropriate gymnastics activities in a safe and loving environment. Each day includes warm-ups, gymnastics games, obstacle courses, trampoline time, arts and crafts, and guided practice on all Olympic gymnastics’ events bars, vault, beam, and floor. Camp activities are structured yet playful, focusing on listening skills, motor development, creativity, and positive behavior while keeping fun and safety at the center of everything we do. Children must be potty trained and bring a snack from home. Each week features a different theme to keep campers engaged and excited.
