Summer Swim Lessons: North Point Pool - Sharks 3 **STOP** Please read what the level requires before registering!!Sessions consist of eight, 30-minute classes with one day focusing on basic water safety skills. Children should be able to perform all skills of the previous level before moving on to a higher level. Instructors may move children to a different level class if the child is unable to participate in the skill level of the registered class. Guppies 1 Requirements: Ages 3-5 years old.Skills: Designed to teach water safety and introduction to basic swimming skills. Must have successfully completed the skills for Guppies 1. Summer Swim Lessons: North Point Pool - Sharks 3 **STOP** Please read what the level requires before registering!!Sessions consist of eight, 30-minute classes with one day focusing on basic water safety skills. Children should be able to perform all skills of the previous level before moving on to a higher level. Instructors may move children to a different level class if the child is unable to participate in the skill level of the registered class. Guppies 1 Requirements: Ages 3-5 years old.Skills: Designed to teach water safety and introduction to basic swimming skills. Aqua Circuit - Aqua Circuit - Full Session Program consists of six 45-minute aqua-fitness classes (*mini-sessions will consist of three 45-minute classes) utilizing a wide variety of aqua fitness equipment. Classes will take place in both deep and shallow water, but participants are not required to be able to swim in order to participate. Limited number (5) of walk-in spaces available each class.
