Martial Arts - Little Dragons Taught by William Blake - Students learn the basic principles and health benefits of any one of the three Martial Art styles of your choice listed below. Topics to be covered may include: kicks, punches, blocks, forms, tumbling, falls, breathing, history, and self-defense. At the end of the course, students will be able to test for a belt in their Martial Art style. Hapkido will involve tumbling. All adult classes at each location will be Tang Soo Do. Classes are once a week for eight weeks. Pre-registration is required; no walk-in's will be accepted. Online registration only. No class March 26 and 31, and April 2 and 4.***Parent Participation is required for Baby Dragons and Little Dragons classes.
