Topics to be covered may include: kicks, punches, blocks, forms, tumbling, falls, breathing, history, and self-defense. At the end of the course, students will be able to test for a belt in their Martial Art style. Hapkido will involve tumbling. All adult classes at each location will be Tang Soo Do. Classes are once a week for eight weeks. Pre-registration is required; no walk-in's will be accepted. Online registration only. Equipment fee of $45.00 will be collected at the first class. No class April 15, 17, and 19***Parent Participation is required for Baby Dragons and Little Dragons classes.
