Gymnasts will learn techniques during a run, including entry onto a springboard. They’ll focus on the entry hand and body form and placement from the run to the board and mat. They’ll also learn the entry of an arm circle and blocking technique, applying these concepts with gymnastics terms, direction and timing.

Girls will participate in 1:1 mentoring & enrichment activities, that will assist in them becoming more confident. They will also gain the ability to analyze their own strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and authentically boost their self-esteem.

Our Preschool Gymnastics Camp is a fun; nurturing camp designed for boys and girls ages 3–6. Campers will build confidence, social skills, strength, and flexibility through age-appropriate gymnastics activities in a safe and loving environment. Each day includes warm-ups, gymnastics games, obstacle courses, trampoline time, arts and crafts, and guided practice on all Olympic gymnastics’ events bars, vault, beam, and floor. Camp activities are structured yet playful, focusing on listening skills, motor development, creativity, and positive behavior while keeping fun and safety at the center of everything we do. Children must be potty trained and bring a snack from home. Each week features a different theme to keep campers engaged and excited.
